As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in every digitalization project and will directly interact with our customers. You will help to improve their businesses by identifying potential pain points and applying the right software solutions in the fields of ERP or Customer Engagement.
As a Project Consultant, you elicit requirements together with the customer. You understand where their processes and technology meet and help to make them work together. Helping with digitalizing processes and enabling our customers to gain competitive advantages is your challenge.
Help our customers identify processes that can or should be automated. Based on your analysis you will develop solutions and implement them. You will create proof of concepts and ensure adequate documentation.
We not only maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, but also with our customers. Even after the go-live, we provide ongoing expert support to our clients. As a member of the Service Center Consulting team, you are a partner and will help with questions and requests that may come up after the implementation of a new solution.
