Result of the process- and function analyses are so called scenarios – documents, which are provided to the potential supplier for preparation of offers and for enforcements of presentations and workshops. In the scenario documents the business process is described graphically, as well as verbal and it follows a tabular register of the essentiall requirements on a business software.
