Bachem decided for the implementation of Lawson M3 because of the high degree of coverage at the standard solution and for Terna because of the widespread knowledge in case of process industry.

Preceding the ERP implementation project a comprehensive analysis was executed by Terna. Results of this analysis were 45 individual optimization potential, which consistently in the course of the project will be implemented.

From January 2010 120 users will operate their business processes with the Lawson M3, and also rely on the benefits of ergonomically excellent user interface of "M3 Lawson Smart Office". Smart Office distinguishes by the intuitive usability and by the high degree of integration with Microsoft Office. The benefit is a significant increase in user efficiency simultaneously increasing flexibility through the integration of the familiar Office environment.

For mobile and paperless management of logistic processes Bachem also plans the introduction of Terna developed logistics solution "ENGAGE". This makes it possible to increase the information quality and customer satisfaction even further.
